The Board of Directors are ultimately responsible for the management of the Company's business strategy, optimising performance, investment objectives, investment decisions, growing the Company, fulfilling the Company's aims and achieving and setting the future goals. They are also responsible for approving significant items of expenditure and consideration of significant financing and legal matters. The Directors are responsible forconducting the business of the Company andoverseeing and maintaining the relationship between the Company, investors and associates. The Company is currently led by a Board consisting of three Executive Directors and seven Directors.

Mr Ahmed has been tasked with the ultimate leadership and direction of the Company.
"Al Falah" means "Towards Success" and this is the maxim of the Managing Director and the Company was hi"Al Falah" means "Towards Success" and this is the maxim of the Managing Director and the Company was his innovation, together with the other 2 Executive Directors and he together with the Directors is committed to the Company's success.
He is a very successful businessman and has been recognised in Luton, Bedfordshire for his thriving businesses and has recently expanded his business interests which span across the UK from retail stores, travel agency, money transfer agency to property investment and development having recently carried out a number of recent developments project managed by himself.
He has achieved a BSS (Bachelor of Science) Honours Degree and MSS (Master of Social Sciences) in Economics which provide him with a strong foundation for the Company's future.
Mr Ahmed's vision for the Company is to ensure its success, financial security and future viability. Mr Ahmed will use his knowledge, experience, connections and networks to reach the pinnacle he "visions".

Mr Miah has been tasked with the management and direction of the Company's operations and will oversee the general direction and function of the Company.
He is a an ambitious and confident Solicitor with recognised ability and accomplishment and well respected within the business and legal community. He is currently employed as an Associate Solicitor heading the Property Department of a very reputable and well established Law Firm and being the Senior Responsible Officer in respect of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
He is also one of the youngest Bangladeshi Magistrates in the UK and was sworn in and admitted to the Northampton Bench at a very young age.
Mr Miah has gained a wealth of experience having gained a First Class Honours Degree in Law (LL.B) and undertaking his post-graduate legal studies (P.G. Dip). He was subsequently employed by Her Majesty’s Courts Service (County Court), Shoosmiths Solicitors as-well as other reputable Law Firms. He has received awards from Channel S TV, University Awards, The Henry Hartwell Prize for Business Skills, the Lexis.Nexis Research Prize, Award Certificate from The National Mentoring Consortium (UEL) and many others.
Mr Miah's vision for the Company is to see the Company grow to become a nationally recognised leader in property investment and moving into large scale residential and commercial developments.

Mr Chaudhury has been tasked with the financial security and financial leadership of the Company.
He is a solid individual and currently in the academic stage of his training as a Solicitor and has a strong business and investment background having been involved in property investment early on in his career. He brings with him a wealth of practical experience and personal success.
Mr Chaudhury's vision for the Company is to see it grow to success and reach new markets and ultimately expand into other areas attracting further investment to reach invincible heights.

Abdur Rakib is a well established Businessman based in the London Region who will oversee the operations in the City of London.
Mr Rakib is a highly qualified individual having achieved a BA Honours and MA in Economics which places him in excellent stead to assist with the natural progression and development of the Company.
Mr Rakib operates a business within London and brings with him ample business experience and has previously lectured in Economics and Mathematics.
Mr Rakib will be on hand to assist the Board of Directors and his vision is to see the Company grow and ensure the long term financial viability to ensure the best return to the Shareholders and ensure financial transparency and reporting.

Hafiz Ahmed is a energetic and enthusiastic person who enjoys taking challenges and achieving personal goals.
Hafiz Ahmed is a qualified Imam and Hafiz and was the former Imam and Khatib of Kings Cross Central Mosque and Islamic Cultural Centre. He is well respected in the Islamic Community and in the London regions and brings with him a highly regarded list of achievements.
He is a life member of Balagonj, Osmani Nagar Upozila Education Trust,; a member of Balagonj, Osmani Nagar Upozila Somitee; a member of Islamic Sharia Council London; a member of Ex Student Forum (Sylhet Government Alia Madrasah); and Vice Chairman of Ex Student Forum, Madar Bazar Alia Madrasah.

Mr Mohammed Rais Miah is a successful businessman, Property Investor and Developer with a vast property portfolio.
Mr Miah is the current Chairman Masjid-E-Usman (RA), Chairman of a private school, KGDS High School in Suratpur, Usmani Nogor, Bangladesh.
Mr Miah has been recognised for his involvement in Business and Community at several awards ceremonies and most recently at the NTV Awards.
Mr Miah gained a Diploma in Business and Accounting and is the owner of many Restaurant Establishments.
Mr Miah is also Advisor for the Bangladeshi Progressive Society, Bangla Kagoz and Balagonj Usmaninogor Gorib Kollan Trust and a Member of the UKBCCI. In addition Mr Miah is currently the Treasurer for The Guild of Bangladeshi Restaurateurs.
Mr Miah has been tasked with the Company's development and procurement arm in the West Midlands and his vision is to find the best opportunities and to turn them into viable investments in the most cost efficient method to maximise the returns.

Mr Mohammed Zilu Miah is a well established property expert and the owner of a chain of Estate Agents across the UK's second City of Birmingham.
Mr Miah operates the chain of Liberty Estate Agents Ltd across Birmingham and West Midlands. He brings with him the invaluable experience to advise and guide the Board of Directors in respect of all specialist Property matters.
This year Mr Miah became the Chairman of the famous London Tigers semi professional Football Club.
Mr Miah being a very ambitious determined and an enthusiastic individual started work at A One engineering firm at the age of 16. He then became the owner and bought the same engineering firm at the age of 18 years old. Mr Miah also owned a supermarket called Wattville Super Market Ltd at the age of 19 years old and he ran both company's until he started to grow his property portfolio. Since then Mr Miah has been involved with the following companies: M S A Investment Ltd, Liberty Estate Agents Ltd, Bombay Palace Ltd , Red Peppers Ltd, Excelsior Sylhet Hotel and Resort and A TO Z Distributions Ltd.
Mr Miah bought his first property at the age of 19 years old and now has a multi million pounds property portfolio and has vast experience in development and management of land and properties in UK, Bangladesh and Dubai.

Mr Ansary is a positive and energetic young Director who was educated at Dakhil (SSC), Hazart Shahjalal D Y Kamil Madrasah, Sylhet.
Mr Ansary is a professional and is a qualified Alim (Intermediate) and Fadil (BA) from Sylhet Govt, Kamil Madrasah, and has also completed a Advance Dipolma in Business Management from Oxford International College.
Mr Ansary was the former Second Imam and Arabic Teacher at Kings Cross Mosque and Cultural Centre, Kings Cross London.
Mr Ansary's vision for the Company is to assist Hafiz Ahmed in the scrutiny and planning the Company's future investments and growth to ensure that the development is stable and within the Sha'riah and ensure the Company reaches its full potential.

Mr Miah operates a well established hotel in Kings Cross, London and the Al Faurkh International Hotel, Dhaka which is well renowned internationally, located in the heart of the capital city of Bangladesh within the vicinity of Komlapur Train Station.
Mr Miah is a keen investor in the Property sector and has been investing for many years and feels now is the time to invest in a larger scale with the Company to achieve larger developments and returns.
Mr Miah is keen to develop a Hotel arm for Al Falah Investments and has been tasked with the research of this project.

Mr Islam’s background is in environmental health and safety and also education and training. For the past 15 years Mr Islam has been involved in supporting and driving compliance, infrastructure, growth and development in various projects, organisations and individuals. Mr Islam runs his own private college based in Luton and is highly respected in the region. Mr Islam’s college offers various support to the wider community in terms of employment, education, and training. He also supports sme businesses with regulatory compliance. Mr Islam has various areas of expertise including principal management systems and possesses domain expertise in project management.
Mr Islam is also involved in property investment and development and has a keen interest in charity work.
Mr Islam’s vision for the company is to see the company grow and expand its current projects nationally and internationally and also be a leader in supporting other organisations to achieve what al-falah has started. Mr Islam will look at expanding investment opportunities in his areas of expertise.
